SAN FRANCISCO—Officers from the San Francisco Police Department responded to a shooting on Monday, October 21 at approximately 11:10 p.m.

Officer Adam Lobsinger told the San Francisco News that the male victim was shot at Larkin and Golden Gate. The victim was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. The name of the victim has not yet been disclosed to the public. 

The SFPD Homicide Detail is investigating the shooting and no further details about the incident or potential suspect(s) have been release.
