Bianca Lopez, of Fremont, was arrested in connection with a hit-and-run crash in Alamo Square earlier this month.

Immediately after the crash, the driver fled the scene driving the opposite direction of traffic on Scott Street. The driver of the Jeep then struck three cyclists, sending one person flying at least 20 feet. Though two of the cyclists sustained minor injuries, one person suffered life-threatening wounds, including a fractured pelvis, lacerated liver, and compact fracture of the arm.

After colliding with the cyclists, the Jeep continued traveling down Scott Street before plowing into a third object, a parked Toyota Corolla. After traveling a short distance away from the scene of the third crash, the Jeep was abandoned in South San Francisco.

Lopez faces charges of felony hit-and-run causing injury, misdemeanor hit-and-run causing property damage, and driving without a license. She is being held on $100,000 bail.
