The shooting occurred at 1240am during a Halloween costume party after Hun Saelee, 30, allegedly grabbed 20-year-old Carissa Harper’s chest, according to reports.  Saelee then went to the trunk of his car where he got a handgun and pointed it at people.  While people tried to run away, gun shots rang out and Harper’s boyfriend, Ben Pessah, 21, of Burlingame was struck in the head.  Saelee fled the scene in a four-door vehicle with a woman, later identified as 26-year-old Judiana Lau.

Police tracked down the pair on Sunday to a home in San Leandro where Saelee was still wearing the same clothes from the night of the shooting.  In addition, a white Acura that matched witness descriptions of the suspect vehicle was found in the driveway.  A handgun possibly used in the shooting was also discovered in the floorboard of the car.

Saelee was charged with four counts of attempted murder for the shooting while Lau was arrested on charges of being an accessory to the crime after the fact.  Pessah is now listed in non-life threatening condition while both suspects remain in custody.

Anyone with further information on this shooting is asked to contact Inspector Thomas McGuire of the San Francisco Police Department Criminal Investigation Unit at (415) 553-1753.  Information can also be provided anonymously by calling the Anonymous Tip Line at (415) 575-4444 or Text a Tip to TIP411 and begin the message with “SFPD.”
