INDIANAPOLIS, IN—The Los Angeles Lakers lost to the Indiana Pacers 108-115, on Tuesday, November 1.

Los Angeles has continued to struggle late in games, giving up 12-straight fourth quarter points to Indiana’s Paul George after fighting back from a 16-point deficit.

George was dominant for the Pacers, scoring 30 points and grabbing 7 rebounds on the night. Lakers Head Coach Luke Walton was complimentary of the former Fresno State standout after the game.

“He’s really good, and that’s what great players do,” said Walton. “We did a phenomenal job of coming back in the second half and we started playing with the effort and energy that we need to play the full game with, and at the end of the game anything can happen.”

C.J. Miles scored 16 points off of the bench for Indiana. Guard Monta Ellis chipped in 17 points and Thaddeus Young added 14 points, 6 rebounds, and 3 assists in the Pacers second win of the season.

Veteran Lou Williams led the Lakers with 19 points and 5 assists off of the bench. Jordan Clarkson scored 15 points, and Julius Randle added 9 points and 10 boards for Los Angeles.

The young Lakers team has yet to win a road game thus far and are 1-3 on the season.

Los Angeles will face the Atlanta Hawks in their next match up on Wednesday, November 2.
