SAN FRANCISCO—On Wednesday, September 30, the San Francisco Police Department reported that Noel Mosely, aka “Larry,” was last seen on Tuesday, September 29, at approximately 2:15 p.m. on the 500 block of Geary St.
Mosely, 78, was last considered “at-risk” because he suffers from Dementia. He was last seen wearing a black “49ers” hat with a red emblem, black hoodie, blue jeans and gray shoes.
He was located on Wednesday, September 30 in the afternoon by the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) Police Department in Fremont, CA. Mosely will be reunited with his family.
