SAN FRANCISCO—On Tuesday, April 8, the SFFD reported on its Facebook page that it battled a four-story multi-residential commercial structure fire.
The fire was reported at 1:51 p.m. on the 4300 block of Geary Boulevard. The first arriving companies got to the scene within minutes of a confirmed fire at 4373 Geary Blvd.
The blaze was contained by 2:09 p.m. and under control at 2:28 p.m. Some tenants were temporarily evacuated but were able to return to their homes. There were no injuries reported during the fire.
The cause of the fire is under investigation and the building sustained minimal damage during the fire.
