BEVERLY HILLS—My name is “Simba”, and I’m a little ten pound Chihuahua mix.  There is something that has been bothering me for some time.  There have been so many dogs that have been brought here and have been adopted in no time at all.  You haven’t even had a chance to see some of them in this column!  Then, here I am – and some of my friends, too – that have been here for quite a while and are being passed over. We can’t seem to figure it out.  So, I hope that you will take another look at me, and them, too, okay?

I think that I’m pretty cute, if I must say so myself!  People remark on the unusual markings of the white around my nose and mouth and all the way down my chest.  I have a great personality, am very smart, get along just fine with other dogs, have no separation anxiety, I’m not a barker, I’ll share my possessions with one and all, love my walks, am very affectionate, and, gosh, I’m just an all-around good boy!

Now, I hope that you will come in to see for yourself that all that I’ve told you is true.  We can take a nice walk and then sit and get a little more acquainted, and, hopefully, you will decide that I’m just the one that you have been looking for.  You can see all of my friends that are here, too, if you check the website at: foafla.petfinder.com. There are a lot of pretty cute kitties here, too!  Won’t you please come to see us?
