HOLLYWOOD—Just when we thought the awards season was over, the 2014 MTV Movie Awards announced its nominees for the year on March 6. Leading this year’s pack are the Oscar-nominated flicks “American Hustle” and “The Wolf of Wall Street” which both tied for eight nominations including Movie of the Year.

“The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” garnered seven nominations, while the Jennifer Aniston comedy “We’re the Millers” earned six nominations.

The MTV Movie Awards will be handed out on April 12 from the Los Angeles Nokia Theatre. Comedian and late-night talk show host Conan O’Brien will host the ceremony. A full list of this year’s nominees are listed below:
