Bystander Shot During Fight

SAN FRANCISCO—Following a fight that broke out in San Francisco’s Inner Richmond District on Friday, April 10, a 23-year-old bystander that stood-by watching the fight was shot.

The shooting, taking place on the 4100 block of Geary Boulevard, was reported to authorities at 12:44 p.m.

The bystander sustained two gunshot wounds to the stomach and was transported to San Francisco General Hospital for treatment. Initial reports are suggesting that his wounds are not life-threatening.

The victim was unable to provide a suspect profile because he did not see his attacker. No arrests have been made in the case.
