SAN FRANCISCO—On Wednesday, June 3, a red-light collision with a black Audi station wagon sedan and an open-sided three-wheeled rental vehicle occurred at the intersections of Baker Street and Hayes Street in the NoPa also known as the North of the Panhandle.
A dashcam and surveillance video showed that the Audi was the one who ran the red light causing the three-wheeled vehicle to strike the side of the Audi at full speed. One of the passengers was ejected from the vehicle and thrown onto the street. After 12:30 p.m., breaking alerts were sent out.
The San Francisco Fire Department were dispatched to the scene and transferred four persons to local San Francisco hospitals. In the hours ensuing the accident, the intersection was closed off for several hours, so the accident could be investigated by the San Francisco Police Department.
