SAN FRANCISCO—Postponed ICE raids will start on Sunday, July 14 in San Francisco, along with 10 other major cities around the country.

Originally, the raids by ICE were set to begin at the start of June. Due to both pressure from Congress and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, President Donald Trump pushed the raids back in order to give both Democrats and Republicans time to come up with new immigration proposals.

According to the latest report, ICE agents will be targeting undocumented families and immigrants who were recently self-deported, but did not leave the country. Immigrants who are at the scene of a raid, but not the target of it, run the chance of being deported. According to officials, these are considered “collateral” deportations.

For undocumented families, ICE will be sending them to family detention centers in Pensylvania and Texas, space permitting. If the centers run out of space, it is possible for ICE to place families in hotels until they are deported back to their country.

Other cities included in the raid include Atlanta, Baltimore, Chicago, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New Orleans, and New York.
