SAN FRANCISCO—Investigators from the San Francisco Police Department Special Victims Unit (SVU) is asking for the public’s help to locate a suspect responsible for a sexual assault. According to a press release from the SFPD, on June 19, 2016, Adrian Hernandez-Vasquez, 37, of San Francisco sexually assaulted the victim in the NoPa (North of the Panhandle) area of the Park District. The suspect and the victim met socially prior to the assault.

Through the course of the investigation, SFPD SVU investigation identified Hernandez-Vasquez as the suspect connected to the sexual assault. A $1,000,000.00 warrant has been issued for Hernandez-Vasquez’s arrest.
