HOLLYWOOD—Yeah, I cannot believe that “Survivor” is actually doing something that it has never done before. A finale that was broken down into two parts. Yeah, not only shocking, but beyond strange and just odd for reasons I cannot fathom with actually words. This episode was two hours, yes, it felt like a finale, but it was not, and the aftermath of ‘Operation Italy’ was underway with Andy dealing with the heat of the move he recently made.
If there are two players I’m looking at who absolutely deserve the win it is between Rachel and Genevieve; they have played fantastically in my opinion and are strategic and Rachel has that edge because she has an idol that no one knows about. All we know with this episode is that TWO players are getting booted, which means there is no way we’re having a two-hour final next week are we? We have two trios: Sam, Andy and Genevieve and then Rachel, Sue and Teeny.
Sue also has an idol she can play when needed, at six or five. More than likely she is playing that idol at five because she’s not viewed as a threat. Back at camp, Sue was upset about the shenanigans at Tribal Council, so Andy is on her target list, as well as Teeny and Genevieve. Teeny read Andy the riot act, Andy was lying, but he was not selling it well.
Sorry Sam, you Genevieve, Andy and Teeny are not going to be a power four. Why? Sue and Rachel both have idols, which means no matter what, one of you four are going to be headed home at the Final Six Tribal Council. Wow, Teeny you turned on Rachel really quick. Yeah, you know about her Block a Vote, but you don’t know about that idol that is a hidden dagger ready to strike. Rachel decided to sneak to hear what the other four were chatting about. That was a good move, and we realized how dark it is at night, and she eavesdropped on their entire conversation about Rachel being the biggest threat left in the game.
She knows she cannot trust those four, Genevieve has an idol, but Teeny spilled too much about her Block a Vote, but Rachel spilled to Sue that Teeny is not to trust and they will need one another. Sue was ready to play after being blindsided again. She wanted to search for another idol. Rachel, NO, why did you spill to Sue you have an idol. I get it, but I wish she wouldn’t have. However, this might bond these two. Just keep it secret, Rachel spilled her secret, but Sue didn’t spill hers, as she wanted to keep it for one more Tribal Council.
I’m sorry I have been rooting for Rachel for quite some time. Her story is just so captivating to watch. Time for a very intriguing Immunity Challenge that involved water. Genevieve got an early lead, but Sam was close behind, as were Rachel and Andy. Rachel and Genevieve were doing quite well. Looks like Genevieve is about to get Immunity placing Rachel in ‘danger’ for the first time in a long time. Genevieve took Sue to eat, and took Teeny as well. I really hope, Sue doesn’t spill about Rachel’s idol to the other two ladies.
Sucks for Rachel to head back to camp with Andy and Sam knowing that they want to vote her out. Genevieve made it clear that she wanted Rachel out. Teeny also wanted Rachel out, but Sue stayed silent. Thank you Sue, thank you we need this blindside. Genevieve talked about her ‘fake idol,’ but realized it was a mistake. So sad, too bad, Sue was taken aback with that reveal, but its good, cause I think Sue realizes Genevieve doesn’t have an actual idol because Rachel has it and she has one.
Rachel called out Sam and Andy on their antics that are handing the game to Genevieve. Damn I totally forgot those three are all Gata members. Yeah, Sam that honest is going to bite you in the butt because you have no idea how close to the end of the game that Rachel is about to make it further than one of them and she is about to drop a dagger that changes the game, and her waterworks just makes it so much sweeter. She pointed the finger at Sam and warned Andy that the jury might not respect him as much, and it got under his skin.
Sam worried he was in trouble. Rachel revealed she is going to take out Sam and she is blocking his vote. Sue and Rachel promised safety to Andy as a Final Three, but he’s weighing those options. It is actually a good move to make Andy. Thank You Sue for reassuring Rachel, she HAS TO PLAY THAT IDOL! Facts are being spoken. Andy what are you doing? He told Rachel face-to-face he was voting her out and sending her to the jury. This is hilarious to witness, and he placed a bigger target on his back than Sam.
This TC will be a ton of fun, as Andy, Sam and Genevieve were giddy with the move that was made. I loved that Rachel called out the BS and called Andy on his antics. Andy admitted and the jury seemed to acknowledge it, but not in the best way. I am loving this, because the egg on Teeny, Andy, Genevieve and Sam’s faces when she plays that idol is about to be the moment of the season. Time for the big moment “Survivor” fans, because it was epic, as the jury reacted with glee, Sam, Andy and Genevieve speechless!
Andy did not see that blindside coming, nor did Sam or Genevieve and Caroline was ecstatic to see him get the boot. Sue and Rachel I think doubted Genevieve’s idol. Yeah, it’s a war between Genevieve vs. Rachel, the question is who gets taken out first. These three are so threatened by Rachel they searched her bag, but did not find an idol. Sue was sitting back laughing because she has the idol. This is so annoying when people follow people around searching for idols. Jeez, if someone is a threat just accept it.
Change of events with Sue, Teeny and Sam realizing that they don’t have a chance at winning. Hate to say it, ya’ll don’t have a shot, those two have played a much better game. The Final Immunity Challenge was all about balance and stacking. That stand is quite wobbly to say the least. Looks like a battle again between Rachel and Genevieve, but they both lost everything, but in the end it was Rachel who secured her safety winning her third Immunity.
Genevieve you’re in hot water, Rachel is not. Sam realized he needed to target Genevieve. He spilled to Teeny that ‘idol’ Genevieve has is fake. Teeny realized she has been bamboozled yet again. Teeny decided to confront Genevieve to see if she would be honest with her about that idol. It actually sucks that we have to wait till next week for the finale, when the finale could have just occurred tonight.
Teeny decided to expose Genevieve and Sam for their duplicity at Tribal Council. There is one more idol remaining, and it is in the possession of Sue, and NO ONE KNOWS SHE HAS IT EXCEPT CAROLINE AND GABE who are already on the jury! Barbs were thrown by Sam and Teeny and she threw them back at Sam. Sue played her idol, but it didn’t impact the game much, as no votes were cast for her anyway. Idols need to expire sooner. Sam got two votes, Genevieve got two votes, with the last vote going to Genevieve.
So, we have a Final Four of Sam, Teeny, Rachel and Sue, at this point, if Rachel doesn’t win, I will be beyond disappointed. She is the only worthy opponent left in the game. Next a winner is crowned “Survivor” fans!
