SAN FRANCISCO—According to a press release from the San Francisco Police Department, officials have arrested David Carrasco, 43, for his involvement in an alleged sexual assault. The SFPD Special Victims Unit completed a three-day investigation Carrasco, an alleged sex offender.

According to authorities, Carrasco, also known as Joey Noble, is believed to have created an escort service for advertisements which utilizes sites such as Craigslist, Back Page, and escort consulting.com. He has committed multiple sex crimes, including sexual involvement with minors.

He was detained at the San Francisco County Jail on November 29. According to the SFPD, and  court documents, Carrasco faces felony counts of rape, sodomy, lewd and lascivious acts with a child, sexual penetration, kidnapping, false Imprisonment, pimping and pandering, assault with a deadly weapon, and destroying/concealing evidence. He remains in police custody with a bail of $1.5 million.

Officer Grace Gatpandan, a spokesperson for the SFPD told ABC 7 News, “We want people to come forward, and if you’re afraid to come to police or you’re embarrassed, we want to let you know that we’re here to help you and we want to bring justice if you are a victim of this individual.”
