SAN FRANCISCO—On Thursday, September 5, 2025, at 5:17 p.m. in the evening, a woman crashed her motorcycle in the Forest Hill neighborhood near Laguna Honda Hospital and Rehabilitation Center, the nursing home in San Francisco. The motorcycle accident happened near Laguna Honda Boulevard and Dewey Boulevard, according to reports from the San Francisco Police Department.
Police officers from the San Francisco Police Department responded to a call to help this individual. They arrived to find her with life-threatening injuries, causing them to perform lifesaving first aid on her until Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) arrived on the scene. The paramedics rushed her promptly to the hospital, where she later succumbed to her injuries. She was pronounced dead at the hospital.
According to the Medical Examiner of San Francisco, her name has still not been released yet. There are no other vehicles that were involved. The woman was the only person involved in the accident. There were no other injuries or fatalities as well. The cause of the accident is currently not known yet.
