SAN FRANCISCO—The family of Gavin Cusi Octaviano, 22, is still searching for the young adult who went missing on November 23. He was last scene at the Golden Gate Bridge at about 5:30 p.m. parking a 2008 Mercedes Benz C 300, in the north parking lot. Gavin was supposed to meet friends and family that night for dinner, but never showed up.

Gavin is a 5 foot and 11 inch tall, Asian-American male and who weighs approximately 175 pounds.  A missing persons poster indicated that he was last seen wearing a heather grey North Face hoodie with a blue and black plaid shirt, dark blue jeans, and white Nike Freeze shoes.  

The poster expressed the dire need for assistance from the family to locate Gavin. His family has set up a GoFundMe account to help search for the missing adult. He turned 22 on November 27.

“He will be graduating this Spring 2019 in Biology for Research at UCI. If you didn’t know Gavin, he is one of the most kind-hearted, selfless, and caring people I know. He always impacted everyone around him positively no matter what the relationship or situation. He genuinely has such a caring matter and has made such an enormous impact on so many lives. He always effortlessly made everyone around him feel good and continuously put smiles on people’s faces everyday,” states the GoFundMe page set-up by Gavin’s cousin.

Anyone who has seen or has information regarding Octaviano’s disappearance is asked to contact the San Francisco Police Department at (415) 575-4444 or text a tip starting with SFPD to TIP411. Tipsters may remain anonymous.
