HOLLYWOOD—Halloween is next week, it’s the time to start preplanning to be sexy and spooky. Celebrities have access to hair, makeup and wardrobes, so they have all the right tools to make themselves as outlandish as they can. Instead of going door to door, they go to elite parties. They dress up as The Flintstones, Marilyn Monroe, or 70s icons Sonny and Cher, Snoop Dogg, skeletons or unicorns.

Some of the most popular costumes for 2019 are still dinosaurs, vampires, pirates and Spider-Man. Nothing has really changed, it seems that its the same costumes every year. According to an online research service the most popular celebrity costume in first place is Ariana Grande who leads the list. (Kourtney Kardashian has already started the wave, or high ponytail, this season.)

In second place is Beyoncé, followed by Cardi B. Sisters Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner are side-by-side at No. 4 and 5, respectively. Who knows if Jenner’s “rise and shine” meme-turned-merchandise will make it as part of the costume? Taylor Swift and Heidi Klum clock in at No. 6 and No. 7, respectively. Lady Gaga lands at No. 8, but her pop alter-ego Ally from her film “A Star is Born” might not be a shallow idea. Last, but never least, the recently married Nicki Minaj is No. 9 with Rihanna closing the top 10 list.

Witches have been one of the most classic Halloween costumes since forever. Pair this hat with a black robe and maybe some green face paint, and you’ve got yourself the perfect DIY costume. Rose’s Scoop: This woman really needs her own reality show. You may remember her on “90 Day Fiance,” Larissa Dos Santos Lima, she isn’t afraid to be bold. And that’s especially true when it comes to her Instagram page. She often posts pictures of herself in small bikinis or lingerie, and she wants to make it clear that it’s her right to do so.
