SAN FRANCISCO—The San Francisco Police Department is asking for the public’s help to solve the 2006 cold case of Aubrey Abraska. Abraska, 17, was fatally shot multiple times on August 14, 2006, at the intersection Grove Street and Baker Street at 3:14 p.m.

According to a press release from the SFPD website, the victim’s mother, Paulette Brown has been advocating for justice for her son and other murder victims’ families. Ms. Brown was available at Grove Street and Baker Street on Thursday, August 14 to pass our fliers and answer questions at 3:00 p.m.

Officials from the SF Homicide Detail were also on hand to address questions from the public. A $250,000 reward is available for information that leads to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect (s) responsible for Aubrey’s murder.
