SAN FRANCISCO—A man was shot on Sunday, September 6 near Great Highway and Fulton Street in the Outer Richmond area reported the crime alert site Citizen. The incident was reported at 11:13 p.m. and authorities arrived on the scene around 11:15 p.m. and confirmed a man had been shot twice.
EMTs arrived on the scene seconds later and can be seen in video of the incident wheeling the victim away for treatment on a gurney.
Police reported a man fleeing the scene heading eastbound in a newer model large sedan at 11:17 p.m. EMTs transported the victim to a local hospital for treatment by 11:27 p.m.
