SAN FRANCISCO—On August 21, the San Francisco Police Department (SFPD) served a search warrant and arrested four individuals for possession of illegal firearms and narcotics. According to a statement released on Aug. 26, officers located and seized 29 firearms, multiple rounds of ammunition, and various narcotics including methamphetamine.

The four individuals arrested are all local to San Francisco and have been identified as 60-year-old Bart Yoldi, 37-year-old Ahmad Aboudallah, 38-year-old Gina Costello, and 51-year-old Todd Brown. All suspects were transported to San Francisco County Jail for booking, according to the SFPD press release.

The warrant was issued to the 1500 block of 48th Avenue in the Sunset district, according to Public Information Officer Tiffany Hang. In 2017, a suspect was arrested at the same address for an axe attack that reportedly took place at the residence. The attack left the victim in critical condition, and the suspect’s name was never released.

Whether or not the 29 weapons seized were serialized or registered could not be confirmed due to the ongoing investigation. However, Officer Hang was able to confirm that “in addition to the firearms, there was an excess of 1100 rounds of ammunition in varying calibers.”

The picture released by SFPD includes all of the weapons seized, with about a dozen of them being military-style, automatic, or semi-automatic assault rifles. One of the assault rifles is resting in a guitar case with an illegal silencer.

The suspects arrested were also in possession of “various narcotics”, according to the press release. Although, the only confirmed narcotic was methamphetamine.
