SHERMAN OAKS—On June 22, Sherman Oaks residents and celebrities including music producer, Tony Vennie and actor Leslie David Baker, opened new location of the Honey Baked Ham Company Store at 14427 Ventura Boulevard. The grand opening celebration is scheduled for July 11.
Baker is best known for his acting role as Stanley Hudson on “The Office.” Baker, now 68, has entertained fans with TV and film since 1998. In 2007, he won TV Guide for Favorite Ensemble, and the Screen Actors Guild Awards for Outstanding by an Ensemble in a comedy Series.
In 2008, Baker won TV Lands Award for the Future Classic Award, and he was nominated for the Screen Actors Guild Awards every year from 2008-2013. Nominations were for Baker’s role on “The Office.”
Vennie is an entrepreneur in luxury retail and brand strategist in the entertainment industry. He runs a brand management agency called 8791 and provides staffing services through his company, Seek, Seek LLC.
According to his LinkedIn page, he is a singer and songwriter known for his stint in Electronic Dance Music (EDM) and Pop-Dance group, Nuthin’ Under A Million (N.U.M.). He collaborated on dance tracks and compilations including the hit single “Way You Move It.”
He directed, produced, and co-wrote the music video for Baker’s 2011 comedy single “2 Be Simple.” Both Vennie and Baker are owners of the new Honey Baked Ham location.
