SAN FRANCISCO—Officers from the San Francisco Police Department have arrested two suspects in connection with a shooting that occurred on Mission Street on Sunday, October 20.  Authorities were called to the 2000 block of Mission Street, at approximately 2:18 a.m., according to a press release from the SFPD website.

Officials transported the shooting victim to San Francisco General Hospital where he later died from his injuries. The name of the victim has not yet been released to the public.  Police arrested Giovanni Figueroa, 25, of Antioch, and Demetrius Puckett, 21 years of age, of East Palo Alto on Friday, October 25 in connection to the shooting. Figueroa is also facing a weapons violation.

Authorities are still investigating the homicide so no photos of the suspects have been released.
