SAN FRANCISCO—Authorities are asking for assistance from the public to locate a suspect involved in a hit and run that occurred on Sunday, February 24. The incident occurred at approximately 2:05 a.m. when two pedestrians were struck by a car on Green and Fillmore Streets. The victims were walking southbound on Fillmore when the vehicle which was traveling Westbound on Green struck them resulting in serious injuries.
The victims were transported to the hospital, one suffering from life-threatening injuries, and the other victim suffered non-life threatening injuries. The suspect did not stop at the scene of the crime. Police retrieved video from the scene of the crime that depicts the car to be a 2008-2012 Honda sedan, dark in color. The vehicle is likely to have major damage to the right front headlight assembly, right fender, right side hood and passenger side windshield.
