BEVERLY HILLS—My name is “Black Jack”, and I guess that you can figure out why I was given that name, can’t you? Everyone comments on my shiny black coat.  However, I do have a white blaze on my neck and chest which people say makes me look very distinguished.
My family gave me up because they said that they couldn’t give me the care that I deserved, and they wanted the best for me.  I must admit that I was pretty scared when they left me, as I didn’t know what to expect.  But, within a couple of days I considered myself one of the gang.  All of the volunteers make a big fuss over me, give me lots of love, and take me for nice walks.
I’m a little boy ,a year old and weigh about ten pounds.  I get along great with other dogs and with children, too.  I’ve never been with kitties, but I’m sure that wouldn’t be a problem as I’m a very loving little guy and get along with everyone.  I’d fit in with a family, a couple, or a single person.  So, that means that I’d fit in with anyone that will take good care of me and give me lots of love.  So, won’t you please call to see me?
You can see all of the other doggies and kitties that are here waiting for loving homes, too, if you go to the website, which is: foafla.petfinder.com.  We’re all waiting for loving homes to call our own.  What a great way to start the New Year!
