SAN FRANCISCO—Officers from the San Francisco Police Department have made an arrest in connection to a shooting that transpired on Thursday, May 4. According to a press release from the SFPD, police responding to McAllister Street and Larkin Street at 2:22 a.m. regarding a shooting. Upon arriving on the scene, officers found, Christian Centano, 20, lying on the ground suffering from a gunshot wound.

San Francisco Fire Department paramedics provided aid to the victim, but Centano died of injuries he sustained at San Francisco General Hospital. SFPD Homicide Investigators initiated an investigation that led to the identification of two suspects. On Friday, May 5, at approximately 5:34 p.m. officers from the Tenderloin Stations apprehended Windell Lightle, 34 and Christina Bryant, 31, both of Daly City on the 100 block of Leavenworth Street.

After Homicide Investigators interviewed both Lightle and Bryant, they were booked at the San Francisco County Jail for murder and conspiracy charges.
